CONFORMATION
All regular classes offered. Prizes and/or Rosettes will be awarded
for 1st in each regular class as well as BOB, BOS, BOW, WINNERS,
RESERVE WINNERS, BPISS, and Best Veteran entered in the veteran class.
A
judges award(s) of merit (rosette) will also be awarded at the rate of 1
award for every 10 dogs competing at the best of breed level.
UNOFFICIAL CLASSES
Stud Dog and Get, Brood Bitch and Progeny, Best Brace. Must be entered in a regular class or for exhibition only.
ALTERED CONFORMATION
All regular classes offered. Prizes and/or Rosettes will be awarded
for 1st in each regular class as well as Best Altered in Specialty,
Best of Opposite Altered, Best of Winners Altered, and Reserve Winners
Altered.
SWEEPSTAKES
Puppy Classes 6-9 months, 9-12 months and 12-18 months, divided by
sex. Veteran Classes 7-10 years, 10 years and older, divided by sex.
Rosettes and/or cash prizes will be awarded to 1st in each class as well
as Best Puppy in Sweepstakes, Best of Opposite to Best Puppy in Sweeps,
Best Veteran in Sweepstakes and Best of Opposite to Best Veteran in
Sweeps.
SPECIALTY OBEDIENCE TRIAL
All regular classes offered. Prizes and/or Rosettes will be awarded
for High in Novice A and B, Open A and B, Utility, High in Trial, and
Highest scoring Veteran. In addition, WASSA and Ms. Alice Sparrow are
pleased to offer a cash prize to the Specialty HIT winner.
JUNIOR SHOWMANSHIP and JUNIOR OBEDIENCE
Wassa is pleased to support all juniors showing a Shetland Sheepdog in the regular juniors competition.
TROPHIES
WASSA offers the Barbara Maxine Templeman Memorial Trophy and the
June Trefry memorial perpetual trophy for the winners of BISS and BPISS.
A challenge trophy is also offered. Please see our Trophies and
Awards page for more information.
AFTER SHOW GET TOGETHER
Wassa members and exhibitors are invited to a get together following
our specialty and trial. Further details will be provided at the show.
